Destiny Transformers sponsored The medical mission to Temu, a village in Nigeria and surrounding villages. This village with a predominantly Muslim population was very welcoming to the team led by our partners -AMA World Outreach (Pst. Akin and Pst. Rita Akindejoye).

There was a very good turn out which was very encouraging and praised by the team of medical personnel. Adequate and appropriate health checks were provided freely and prescription was provided to meet the needs. Some were referred to the hospital for further treatment.

A good number of participants were given reading glasses and some had prescription glasses which you kindly donated matched to the result of their eye tests. Sadly, we could not meet every need due to finance. It is hoped that those who did not get the recommended glasses will get them at a later date.

I visited the church and was pleased to hear that some members of the church benefited from the outreach and were very pleased. A young boy who was very ill on the day of the outreach was prayed for and I was glad to meet him looking hale and hearty.

I would like to seize this opportunity to thank you all for your kindness. May God bless you richly.

Please continue to donate towards the work of Destiny Transformers as we are self Funded.
